Say hello to my very first post on my blog! Why start blogging so late and why me? Well multiple reasons actually.. One cause, I didnt have anything better to do right now.. :P
Two. Cause i love writing and well other than the blog I must have tons of my musings and thoughts written on my PC. . . You never know. .. some might just find their way out here :) When stressed, some people listen to music, go for a walk, take a shower, some garden, some cook and i know some wierdos who study even more(lol).. I write.
Now to answer the why so late part.. Why start blogging now.. Well i started long back when bloggin first became a rage,, But then ah i was too lazy.. Not that i am not now.. But well now atleast at this moment my urge to blog has managed to ower-power my urge to goof around. . :p
And well a lot of my friends have suggested "writing" as an alternative profession... Well actually a radio jockey is the more popular opinion given my tendency to blabber.. But so i thought why not give a shot to it.. might as well give me a break from "engineering".. And well if i do get a decent profile hits i might as well emulate Chetan Bhagat and write about my days at VIT, Pune. But in that case beware! My writing can be addictive and after those fair hits I make my blog private.. Go Buy my Book! LOL
So that brings me to an important point.. If you are gonna patiently read my blogs you gotta know atleast something about me right? Wrong. Whats the need? You are going to read it anyways.. Hehe
Okay okay.. I answer to the name as displayed on my profile.. Many alternative forms of addressing which cant be specified here,, Currently in my final year of Computer Engineering at Vishwakarma Institute of Technology in Pune... My CV would boast a thousand things (okay now that is exaggeration!) but that would all be accessories of me. (as wonderfully worded by my mentor) But at heart i am just a simple person.. give me a free evening, a cuppa coffee and sodt music in the background.. and i ll ask for nothing more..
So whats this gonna offer? A fair mixture of witty comments, quite a lotta ho-hum moments (now dare say i brag about my blog), and a lot of views and comments which you wouldnt obviously agree to.. I tend to be a maverick.. And ya.. It there would be techie stuff too.. Just to update your general knowledge lol
Okay i gotta put a full stop to my post here right now.. When i started writing the post I had confidently promised my friends sitting here that it wouldnt be more than a few lines.. And well its obviously not.. As you will slowly get accustomed to..

ReplyDeleteI guess the term "blog" has come to mean a lot of things. The thing that first comes to my mind is the increasingly popular style of personal website where the author leaves what are similar to journal entries every so often .
Blogs have always struck me as being an especially interesting phenomenon to observe. The things people write in them is often intensely personal--not exactly the kind of things you'd tell someone the first time you met them. Yet these people share it with the world, as if there was no such thing as a secret.What I really mean to say is ' One's Perspective'.
And more so when its Anuja's Blog . :P
The few times I've been tempted to start a blog, it takes me two seconds to realize that I could never personally be so open as the bloggers are. How could I write what I think of people when those people could foreseeably read what I write? How could I possibly write what I really think about anything when it's instantly published worldwide and anyone related to what I'm writing about might read it ?
Am sure you'll do your best . . Can't wait to read more . . :):)
